Order Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed:
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified
- Production or fulfillment may have already begun
This applies to both ready-to-ship and custom items, unless otherwise stated below.
Custom Order Policy
We offer a limited custom order option to provide early or personalized access to select Matue Couture designs.
Payment Requirements
- Full payment is required at checkout to secure your custom order.
- Payment confirms your place in production and allows us to begin crafting your item.
Custom Order Cancellations
- Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, all custom orders are final and non-refundable, as each item is made specifically for you.
Custom Clothing Orders & Measurements
For custom clothing orders:
- Accurate measurements are required at the time of order placement.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct measurements.
- Please refer to our Measurement Guide for detailed instructions.
Matue Couture is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Production & Delivery Timeline
- Custom orders are made to order
- Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production before shipping
- You will receive updates throughout the process and a notification once your order ships
Non-Refundable Policy
After the 24-hour cancellation period:
- Custom orders are final sale
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted
This policy reflects the time, craftsmanship, and resources required to produce custom pieces.
