At Matue Couture, each piece is thoughtfully produced with care, intention, and respect for craftsmanship. Shipping timelines vary depending on the product category.


Ready-to-Ship Items

(AYO Bags & Select Garments)

Some items, including all bags from the AYO Collection and select garments, are ready to ship and available in limited quantities.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Flat rate: $10
  • Orders ship from Portland, Oregon
  • Tracking information is provided once the order ships

⚠️ Ready-to-ship items are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.

Made-to-Order Garments

Garments not listed as ready to ship are made to order to ensure quality and intentional production.

Production & Processing Time

  • Production begins once your order is placed.
  • The full production timeline is approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

This timeline allows for:

  • Artisan craftsmanship in West Africa
  • Quality control
  • Careful preparation for shipment

Shipping After Production

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier

Important:
Total estimated time from order to delivery for made-to-order garments is 6 to 8 weeks, plus shipping time.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • We do not offer free or discounted shipping at this time.
  • All shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

International Duties & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Matue Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments include tracking.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
matuecouture@matuecouture.com

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
