We work in small quantities, using carefully selected textiles from across West Africa, and we craft each garment to honor your unique silhouette and lifestyle.

Our made-to-order service is ideal if:

  • Your size is not available in our limited inventory
  • You need small adjustments for a better fit
  • You’d like a special fabric from our curated selection

Pricing for made-to-order pieces varies based on fabric, design, and level of customization and is shared privately once we review your request.

How Made to Order Works

  1. Share your vision
    Use the contact form below to tell us which Matue Couture design you love (or what you’re dreaming of), your usual size, and any fit preferences.
  2. We review your request
    Our team confirms fabric availability, estimated timeline, and whether the design can be customized the way you want.
  3. Personalized quote & next steps
    We’ll email you a personalized quote, estimated production time, and what we’ll need from you (measurements, confirmation, and payment).
  4. Crafting your piece
    Once everything is confirmed, our artisan team in West Africa begins creating your piece with care and precision.

 

Measurements

For made-to-order garments, we will either:

  • Use your standard size (based on our size chart), or
  • Request your exact body measurements for a more personalized fit.

If we need full measurements, we’ll send you a form listing all the specific measurements required, along with a link to our measurement guide and video for clear visual instructions.
